GV Orbit client failed to open the Control Screen for Densite card

Symptoms

GV Orbit client failed to open the Control Screen for Densite card with error message like "Failed to open the Control Screen for card densite_Densite_Densite_SLOT_25_65530"

• when click "upgrade" or "control" of a Densite card, it will fail with error message like "Failed to open the Control Screen for card densite_Densite_Densite_SLOT_25_65530" in the bottom left of GV Orbit Client.
• restart Densite service in GVO does not help

Environment

• GV Orbit Version: 1.7.1b56
• Densite Service version: 1.2.3-b352
• XIP-3901-UDC-IF FW version: 3.1.0
• ETH3-REF FW version: 2.0.3
• CPU-ETH3 FW version: 1.3.11b711
• no gateway config for all NIC of GV Orbit

Resolution

1. Add gateway setting in GV Orbit web GUI to route GV Orbit->Densite, you can simply add default gateway for management group NIC
   
2. restart interfaces from GVO web->IP configuration
3. restart densite service from GVO web->application
4. reboot GV Orbit from GVO web->upgrade
5. Open GV Orbit client and wait for densite frame listed in Network Window
6. select one item of densite then right click to show the menu and click upgrade
   
7. you should be able to see it now
